You choose what content is sent through AI tools within WDASA. You should avoid sending sensitive personal information through AI prompts wherever possible.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of wdasa.ai, apps.wdasa.ai, and all WDASA products, plugins, dashboards, and services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

To use WDASA, you must:

2. Accounts & Security

You are responsible for:

You agree to notify us promptly of any unauthorised access or suspected security issues involving your account.

3. Use of the Services

You agree not to:

• Use WDASA for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes;

4. API Keys & Store Connections

You are solely responsible for the configuration and use of:

• WooCommerce REST API keys;
• WordPress Application Passwords;
• Any other third-party credentials used within WDASA.

WDASA is not responsible for any issues arising from incorrect permissions, misconfigured keys, or insecure handling of your own credentials.

5. AI-Generated Content

WDASA uses AI to generate text, suggestions, and other outputs. You understand and agree that:

• AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate for your specific use case;
• AI does not replace human judgement;
• You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving AI-generated content before using it in your store, marketing, or communications.

WDASA is not liable for any loss, damage, or legal issues resulting from your reliance on AI-generated content.

6. Competitor & Supplier Tools

Certain WDASA features may allow you to:

• Analyse competitor sites;
• Import or compare supplier data;
• Generate insights based on publicly available information.

You agree to use these tools responsibly and legally, including:

• Respecting copyright and terms of use of third-party sites;
• Not scraping or extracting data in violation of applicable laws or website terms;
• Ensuring you have the right to use any imported data.

7. Intellectual Property

WDASA owns all rights, title, and interest in and to the Services, including but not limited to:

• Software, code, and underlying architecture;
• Designs, layouts, and user interfaces;
• Logos, branding, and trademarks;
• Documentation, manuals, and training materials;
• AI workflows, prompts, and automation logic.

You may not, without prior written permission from WDASA:

• Reproduce, copy, or resell the Services or substantial portions of them;
• Create a competing product based on WDASA's code, features, or workflows;
• Use WDASA branding or trademarks in a way that implies endorsement.

8. User Data, Backups & Loss

You are responsible for maintaining backups of your own WooCommerce store, product data, and media assets. While WDASA may provide tools that help monitor or interact with your data, we:

• Do not guarantee data backup or recovery;
• Are not liable for data loss within your own systems;
• Are not responsible for misconfigurations or accidental deletions on your store.

9. Subscriptions, Payment & Refunds

If WDASA operates on a paid subscription model, the following apply:

• Plans may be billed monthly or annually;
• Subscriptions may automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date;
• Prices may change, and we will provide reasonable notice of any changes;
• Refunds, if offered, are at WDASA's discretion and subject to local consumer laws.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if we reasonably believe that:

• You have violated these Terms;
• Your use poses a security or legal risk;
• Payment obligations are not met (for paid plans);
• We are required to do so by law.

You may terminate your account at any time by discontinuing use of the Services and, where available, deleting your account.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

WDASA does not guarantee that the Services will be:

• Free from errors or interruptions;
• Compatible with all plugins, themes, or external systems;
• Accurate in all AI-generated content or insights.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WDASA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the Services.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Where required by local law, additional consumer protections may apply in your jurisdiction.
